Secondary services include ID & OD grinding, internal & external broaching, drilling, tapping & thread rolling.
For any casting/forging parts, we have a very strict quality assurance procedure to ensure the finish product meet agreed requirements, a series of certificates (raw materail, heat treatment, ultra sounds testing, X-ray testing, charpy impact test radiograph inspection, dye penetrate inspection, hydrostatic testing etc. If required )will be provided for any finish parts.
